Our reception team is available to book appointments, deal with prescription requests and answer general questions whenever the practice is open.

We are closed on Bank Holidays. Information on how to get medical advice and treatment when we are closed is available from within the surgery in the weeks leading up to the closure or on this website.

Children under 5 needing a same-day appointment, will be offered a face-to-face, or telephone consultation with a prescribing clinician on the normal opening days of the surgery (Mon-Sat, not including Bank Holidays).

ACCESS & PARKING

The surgery has parking facilities accessed through the Morrison’s car park.

There are also several bus stops nearby, and the Newbold tram stop is just behind the surgery.

 

Surgery Facilities

The Kingsway Practice has facilities for those who may need assistance.

There are disabled toilets, accessible seating, hearing aid loops and the health centre is all on one level.
