• No ID, address or NHS number is required to register — you can still register if you’re new to the UK or homeless.

• Be on time and cancel if you can’t attend.
• Use the NHS App to manage appointments, results and prescriptions.
• Order medicines in good time and only what you need.
• Treat staff with respect — we’re here to help.
